Athlete Development Program

Athletes in this program will be coached to improve:

  • Big five performance capacities: strength, power, speed, change of direction, and anaerobic capacity.

  • Movement proficiency (Coordination).

  • Resilience (Reduce injury risk).

Athletes on this program receive:

  • Up to FIVE Training Session per week (based on sessions availability).

  • Coached Training Sessions.

  • Free Teambuildr account

  • Video Movement Analysis

  • Initial Performance Testing

  • Athlete Profile

    Weekly training sessions will use a combination of resistance training, agility, plyometric, sprint, coordination, change of direction, balance, and energy system exercise. Ideal training frequency, volume and activity is unique to each athlete.
