Personal Training

Personal training sessions are open to anyone in the public with broad fitness goals, rehabilitation goals or goals to improve quality of life. They can be tailored to include many or few of the training modalities that will be administered to athletes based on the client’s own preferences and individual goals. Training session options will include private (1 on 1) training, semi-private training (2 in a session) or small group training (min 4 max 6).
